Q: How to pay for my order?
We accept PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card JCB. We do not accept cash, personal checks, C.O.Ds, or traveler’s checks.

Q: Where is my order confirmation email?
An order confirmation email is sent within 2 business days of placing your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add tennibots@gmail.com to your safe senders list. Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipment notification.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed in our system, it cannot be canceled or changed. This generally occurs within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel or change, Please contact us. We cannot guarantee your request will be accepted. Once our warehouse has processed your order, it cannot be canceled or modified, But when you receive it, if you don’t love it, you can return it easily.

Q: Did my order ship? When can I expect it?
Your order will always be shipped within 48 hours of ordering. Orders that are placed during the weekend will ship out on Monday. Arrival times are based on the time of departure. To confirm, you’ll receive an email when your order ships. If you don’t receive your order in the time specified. Don’t hesitate to email our support team and we’ll help you out.

Q: Does my order have tracking?
Please check our Shipping & Returns.If your order conforms to our policy, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your order as soon as your order ships.

Q: What’s your return policy?
Tennibots assists with easy returns to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. We guarantee that if there are any quality problems or unsatisfactory for our products within 90 days, you will be refunded without preconditions, please contact us.

If you’ve made an error in purchasing, don’t hesitate to ask our team for advice. The earlier we catch things, the more chance we have of reducing unnecessary shipping, which is kinder to the environment. Q: How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 1 – 3 days from receipt for your return to be processed.

Q: What kind of warranty do I get?
If one of our products becomes structurally unsound within 12 months of normal use, we’re happy to replace the item. You must be able to give us proof of purchase. Take a look at our returns policy for more info.

Q: Do you have any promo codes or sales going on?
We’ll sometimes have promo codes and sales throughout the year. The best way to find out is to visit our website (hey, you’re already here!) and sign up for our mailing list.

Q: Do you have a storefront?
Unfortunately, we don’t have our storefront yet.

Q: Will the actual product vary from what I see on your website?
The product images shown have the most accurate color possible. Differences in computer monitors may result in color variations between the actual product and your computer monitor. Please be advised that in some cases variations in leather grain or texture may also occur due to the nature of full-grain leather. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate images, but please be advised that some variation in color & leather texture may exist.
